Westerly Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends invites you to join us for our weekly meeting for worship Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM. We gather in silent waiting as has been the practice of Quakers for over 350 years knowing that God is with us and available to us. Our small but vigorous community seeks the Light of the Spirit and we seek to live our lives sharing God’s peace with others.
Find out more ABOUT US as you review these pages: our practice of worship, the testimonies of Friends, and how to FIND US and CONTACT US if you’d like to get more information. The history of our meeting is unique and revealing. Our witness for peace and social justice is deep and strong. The manner in which we conduct our business is distinctive.
A Quaker Cupboard presents the testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality and Stewardship through Bible verses, yearly meeting queries, and poems and prose from Quakers over the centuries.
