15 Feb: New England Yearly Meeting’s Accompaniment Group – Rise of Meeting for Worship
Dear Friends, we are beginning a process of discernment regarding the continued cultivation of the vibrancy of our Meeting and building a sustainable Worship Community.
On February 15th, two members of New England Yearly Meeting’s Accompaniment Group, will meet with us to facilitate an ongoing process to help us focus on furthering our goals. The accompaniment group regularly has met with numerous meetings to facilitate their discernment process. Our first meeting will occur after the rise of Meeting for Worship, on the 15th and last for 2-2 1/2 hours.
This gathering is open to all members and attenders. We heartily welcome all who are led to engage in this process.
These gatherings will continue for some amount of time, so if you cannot attend this first meeting, we look forward to your thoughts and contributions at a future one..

“Living Faith”—What’s This All About?
Living Faith is a day-long “meeting for learning” gathering of Friends from throughout New England. The event is a chance for 100+ Friends to worship together, learn more about the Quaker tradition, share the different ways we experience and live our faith, and build spiritual community.
11 Apr: Friends Changemaker Weekend – FCNL – April 11 to 14 – Washington DC
We are excited to announce our new spring lobbying conference: Friends Changemaker Weekend (FCW)! This event will take place April 11–14, 2026, bringing together constituent leaders from across the country for education and action.
For those familiar with our previous Spring Lobby Weekend (SLW) and Quaker Public Policy Institute (QPPI), FCW is a new kind of gathering. We will no longer host SLW or QPPI; instead, this intergenerational conference will bring together students, advocates, and community leaders.
20 Jun: “Meeting for Listening” – NEYM – the spiritual life in our local meetings – full-day, hybrid
Together, we will:
- Dream together
- Identify the resources meetings have to offer each other
- Explore themes in State of Society reports and trends from statistical reports
- Discover what’s possible now
We gather to share with each other–to reflect on where Spirit is alive in our local worshiping communities. These insights and reflections also inform programmatic planning in the year ahead and our Yearly Meeting’s annual priorities.
